Not bad a bad birthday gift! Also, I wouldn't be against it if you did more work of Tibarn, to be honest. That guy was pretty cool. Some of the colors do stand out a bit too much, but hey... it's the thought that counts here. =P :thumbsup:

*insert uber hawk screech here* My parents hate my hawk screeches. They get me in trouble any time of day, but I have a feeling letting out a big one at 8:00 pm would land me in a pile of crap so big I'd have to use a bulldozer to get out. So I'll control myself this time. XD

Talon of the Sky, eh? Interesting...considering his battle theme in RD is called King of the Sky. I'm sure whoever Daylight13 is, they'll love it.

It's cool! I love the colors you used for the coat.
But I'm a perfectionist, so here I go. He has a scar on his chest, and that yellow shirt thing under the coat and the right sleeve (, Tibarn's right,the one that is shown in the picture) is torn so much that you should've drawn it like that.
Please, don't hate me...

I also forgot his necklace full of feathers, and other minor details such as the buttons in his jacket. >.< I was on a time-limit, sorries.
